"I'd like you to meet your new roommate." Hannibal almost narrows his eyes at this statement, but stops himself at the last moment.
~ Roommate? ~ Mischa's voice hisses next to his ear.
~ It seems we're getting to know the new kid. ~ Hannibal answers in a resigned tone.
"Lecter, this is Will Graham. Will, this is Hannibal Lecter. He will be your roommate, if you need anything, feel free to ask him. Hannibal is one of our best students, I'm sure he will be able to answer all your questions." As the teacher says these things, he steps away from Hannibal's line of site.

Summary
This is basically The Devil Wears Prada but if Andrea Sachs was Hannibal Lecter and Will Graham was Miranda Priestly. I know Hannibal is more of a fashion guy than Will but Hanibal is a very sentimental guy, I don't think he'd be as closed off as Miranda so... Also I might have some grammatical errors in the way I phrase my sentences, sorry :(

Summary
When Will wakes, there’s nothing left for him. He’s unable to speak and his body is in pieces. There’s a touch that tells him one thing. Hannibal is there.
Sometimes being with someone weighs heavier than their absence. Sometimes you just want to stay down in the depths, but if Will knows anything for certain, it's that most things end where they start. And that he has no choice but to ball his fists, cuss himself out, follow suit and hold on tight.

After the fall Will and Hannibal end up in an isolated shack in Nova Scotia. Their relationship evolves with every place they move to. They push past pain killers, close proximity, bad dreams, curtainless windows and dead memories. Past is past, they can only keep going.

Hannibal Lecter tilts his head, considering his visitor. "Will you be elaborating?” he asks, his tone flat, indifferent.
“Yes! Dr. Lecter,” the man’s eyes glow, catching the light from the fire. "Yes! The answer to your question.”
"I fail to recollect asking a question."
"Oh, come now, Dr. Lecter. The question. The question that sticks in the back of your throat. The question that lurks just in the periphery of your vision, murmuring in your ear as you drift into sleep, only to startle you awake, to cower in the darkness."
Hannibal shifts his gaze to his wine, only the subtle clench of his jaw betraying the mask of apathy he has fashioned.
“Yes. The question, Dr Lecter,” he repeats, savouring the growing tension, “Am I to be the instrument of your undoing, your downfall, your death?"
Hannibal meets his eyes but remains silent.
“Yes, I am Dr. Lecter." The man, madness dancing in his eyes, leans forward, his lips curling into a demented grin. "I suggest you make peace with your gods and your demons.”

And so, they fall.
He remembers it more clearly than when they hit the ground. Surprisingly, Will felt content. Not to say he was calm, the animal inside of him cried out in fear, grasping and grabbing in some futile attempt to save himself. He gripped the only thing that he could in his flailing state, hands curling and white knuckled around the damp wool cloth that surrounded Hannibal’s chest. Hannibal was still, calm, insufferably so. However, Will could make out his face in the disorientating blur that surrounded him, his eyes were screwed shut, jaw clenched.

There is nothing to be gained from denying this match and everything to lose. Count Lecter’s life is no longer his own, but fodder for a treaty between his homeland of Lyrae and a distant land he only knows of through rumors—Myria. His directions are clear: Marry the King of Myria, make him happy in whatever means that may take, and pray to God for his mortal soul. His people depend on him during such uncertain times to solidify this alliance.
