Goro stares down at the message for a second. Blinks. Stares some more.
Sure enough, the words on his phone screen don’t disappear because at least Goro hasn’t gone insane enough to hallucinate a fucking happy birthday message from Akira Kurusu (who should have every reason to believe that Goro Akechi is dead). Great. Good to know his sanity is still somewhat intact, albeit rapidly deteriorating.
