Summary
With the war looming over them, Hermione reflects on the things she feels she'll miss out on if she dies - she wants to experience love, to have someone want her, to make love to her.
She'd always assumed her first time would be with Ron, but as time approaches she takes matters into her own hands... but not with the man she expected.

Summary
In the years since the war Hermione had taken to watching George, especially in the moments where he thought no one was, and it was clear to her that the smiling mask he put on was just that, a mask, a facade to fool everyone into thinking he was dealing with the loss of his twin just fine. She didn’t buy it.
Over the course of a year they end up sharing a bed five times, each time bringing them closer while also exposing the depth of his grief. Until finally they end up doing much more than just sharing the bed.
A 5 times +1 story exploring loss, grief and healing. Oh and smut.. eventually.
