Zanka used to belong to the noise.
To crowded apartments humming with music at two in the morning, to cheap drinks and easy laughter, to the kind of nights where nothing mattered beyond the next song. He loved being surrounded by people — friends, strangers, anyone willing to fill the silence. Sometimes he laughed in the middle of the chaos.
Sometimes he laughed quietly, shoulder to shoulder with a certain someone, as if the rest of the room didn’t exist.
