Hyunjin paused in the doorway, hands still damp from the dishes he’d just finished, the faint scent of lemon soap clinging to his skin as his eyes locked onto Jeongin. A roll of tape was clenched between his teeth, precariously held, while one hand gripped a fresh CB97 tour poster, unfurled and shining like a sacred scroll newly discovered.
“You’ve got to be kidding me,” Hyunjin muttered.
Jeongin turned his head over his shoulder, that familiar mischievous grin spreading wide, like he’d been caught doing something delightfully wrong but refused to regret it. “Limited edition,” he said, “Signed. Gold ink. Look at that linework.”
or: hyunjin cares a little too much about what his roommate jeongin is interested in, jeongin doesn't even know hes looking.

Easy lay. Another good one. Also true, probably. Hyunjin will let anyone take— because he’s trying to feel something. That’s why most people give a fuck about getting close to him, anyway.
Jeongin shrugs. He averts his eyes, almost nervous. “You needed help. You were all strung out and the paparazzi wouldn’t leave you the fuck alone. They would have watched you die.”
Blank stares. Hyunjin doesn’t know if he should tell Jeongin that he’d have liked that fine enough. As long as he didn’t have to remember how it happened. From the crinkle in Jeongin’s brow, Hyunjin thinks he already knows.

The only reason that Jisung's eyes keep flickering to his professor's lips as he talks is because he's trying to really digest what he's saying, and that's it. It's not because he's thinking about what it would be like to feel the shape of them on his own, if they're as soft as they look, if they're as sweet as the words that leave them.
