My head-canon for what took place during the Shinigami Arc, between the Yorozuya trio being thrown in prison until they were released. Gin looked so depressed at the end of the arc, and I imagine that being in prison again would have been really triggering for him. Filled with lots of angst, Yorozuya family fluff, and shameless Gintoki whump. Warning: Includes spoilers for the episodes after this arc.
