Summary
Declan Rice develops a ridiculous, all-consuming obsession with Martin Ødegaard’s nape, finding himself constantly distracted by the back of his captain’s neck. His increasingly suspicious behaviour catches Bukayo Saka’s attention, leading to relentless teasing and embarrassing close calls. When Martin finally confronts Declan, he confesses his unusual fixation, expecting humiliation but instead discovering that Martin finds it endearing. As their playful teasing grows into genuine emotional intimacy, Declan realises his fascination goes far beyond Martin’s neck—he’s falling in love with the man himself.
