The man was filthy. The beds of his nails were blackened with dirt. His pale hair was greasy and limp, his lips were dry and cracked, and his face was incredibly gaunt. He wore threadbare boxers and a tank top that hung loosely from his pallid and skeletal chest, and his feet were bare, the soles brown from walking on the street. He sat with Wyll's scratchy blanket clutched around his shoulders with one hand, and with the other he pressed the blade of a paring knife to Wyll's throat.
And so Wyll kept his eyes trained dutifully on the road.
Wyll goes for a late night drive to clear his head. Astarion needs to get as far away as possible — fast.

He wonders about how he’ll do it—imagining Fletcher’s hands around his throat, strangling the life out of him with his muscled arms, elbows locked in place as he bears the brunt of his weight down on him.
Post Carnegie, Andrew figures out new ways to tolerate Fletcher.

Miles Edgeworth: The Ace Attorney follows Miles Edgeworth, a young, rookie defense attorney with a heart of gold and a passion for law. After concluding his first trial, where he ruthlessly defends his childhood friend Larry Butz, his life is led down a series of sharp turns as he loses the only authority figure that kept him grounded. Over this series of events he learns about family, love, and the true meaning of legacy, as well as the unknown history of his own family. And maybe, along the way, he reconnects with an old friend?
(This is a novelization of the first Phoenix Wright game with the roles reversed. It includes heavy dialogue and full illustrations, as well as a lot of original character art! It isn't perfect, but it's one of my favorite projects.)
