“What’s the rush?” Nagi asks between a yawn. The worm of a vein reappears on the man’s forehead.
“The rush,” he says over the sound of grinding teeth, “is that Prince Reo is waiting for us in the dining hall. We’re on guard duty today, you cretin.”
Nagi’s eyes widen.
‘Wait, then that means Reo…”

"You're so smooth!" Reo exclaims, running one cold tentacle along her arm. "So much softer than I imagined. Your skin is incredible and warm— and these—" His tentacle traces along her collarbone, down to the swell of her breasts. "What are these? Why do you have these?"
"They're, um." Nagi swallows, a jolt of something pleasantly warm thrumming through her body. "They're breasts. Humans have them."
"Not all humans," Reo observes. "I've seen others from the surface. Some have them, some don't. Why?"
"It's... complicated," Nagi says, because explaining the very human concept of gender seems like way too much effort right now, especially when his tentacles are doing very distracting things to her body.
"I like them," Reo decides, continuing to grope her. "They're soft."
(or: nagi seishiro gets captured by a very beautiful, very touchy sea creature, and is whisked and frisked by the whims of the prince of the deep waters.)

“That’s a first,” the vampire murmured, lifting a graceful finger to trace the line of Nagi’s jaw. “Most humans can’t even look me in the eye.”
Nagi swallowed hard as goosebumps erupt across his skin where the other man touched him.
Well, he thought, those humans were huge fucking idiots.
He wasn’t some art snob, he wasn't educated enough to be one, but even he could tell the man before him was the kind of beauty that inspires poetry. The kind artists spend their whole lives painting and never get quite right.
“You’re hot,” Nagi said without thinking.
The man's eyes widened. “Excuse me?”
“I mean—you’re really attractive. If someone like you’s gonna bite me, I don’t really care.” Nagi scratched his neck, feeling his face flush under the dim light. “Could be worse...”
Or; Nagi gets off on letting Reo drink from him.
