He had the truth, and the truth was that he’d meant every word he said to the girls when they asked, and the truth was that he’d seen Harris’s face when he answered.

Summary
Going no-contact with Curtis Barrett had been surprisingly easy.
Not emotionally, at first, but physically easy in the sense that Troy didn’t even need to actually block his number or monitor his socials. His dad never rang, or messaged. Not a single thing since that night when Troy had finally stood up to him, looked him square in the face and told him he was gay and Curtis had just stared in bewilderment, anger, disgust, and watched him go.
