Izuku chokes on his omelette. Partly because she’s just decided to play footsie with him under the table, and partly because what the fuck. “You—what? Wedding dates?”
As it turns out, planning a wedding is a lot harder when you don't realise you're the groom. Izuku won't let that stop him, at least until he figures out he wants Katsuki for himself.

It’s been brewing for a while.
First, there were little hints; Katsuki stopping to tie his shoelaces beside a jewelry store and taking nine seconds instead of his usual three, that week when they watched five wedding-themed romantic comedies, the ring advertisements that kept showing up on Izuku’s phone.
Most importantly, when they were lounging on the couch, Katsuki looked over and said, “So, when should we have the wedding?”
Izuku choked on his seaweed cracker.
They’d always been stubborn in the race to get ahead of each other, but continuously turning down each other’s proposals probably wasn’t the most romantic beginning to an engagement.
