Summary
Kaveh had a date.
An honest to god date.
Sure, it was to some haunted horror house attraction and he was terrible with scary things like that, but he didn't mind because someone actually wanted to take him on a date! He could handle it to help this growing relationship.
It was going so well until a harsh shove caused Kaveh to stumble back, tripping over his own feet. He fell into whatever monster was behind him, and teal arms wrapped around his chest as the monster almost tripped too with Kaveh’s sudden weight on him. Thankfully, neither of them fell, but Kaveh did hear something fall to the ground with a light thud. There were too many things happening too quickly, so Kaveh couldn’t see just what that noise was as he saw the back of his date running away, leaving him to be hilichurl food.
He had been sacrificed.
And yet, before Kaveh could be too upset, the monster handed him part of their weapon to chase his scared date together.
Who was he to say no to that?

Summary
Mu Qing regularly fantasizes about strangling Feng Xin with that stupid sales-rack tie of his that manages to look better than anything Mu Qing’s ever owned. He’s pretty sure Feng Xin harbors the same sentiment towards him.
Unfortunately, there are a few other things Mu Qing fantasizes about that star his most annoying co-worker— and they only seem to get worse when Feng Xin starts being nice to him.
