    Or, Buck's lawyer has a few questions for the firefam about why anyone would ever willingly choose to turn down millions of dollars. In the process, Eddie finally lets himself realize that as much as he's been hurt by Buck and the lawsuit, Buck has been hurting, too, for far longer than the lawsuit.

    As Buck sits in his lawyer's office, held at gunpoint after refusing to take the offered settlement money, he's not angry...just disappointed.

    After all, Mackey clearly didn't think any of this through. His office has floor-length windows next to the door! Buck can't sign anything if his hands are tied! And if he dies from blood-loss then no one is getting any money.

    Why did Buck hire this guy exactly?
