   Summary

   Regulus just spent sixteen years in an Inferi infested lake. When a long-forgotten spell activated by his brother yanks him free of the stasis... Long story short, everything sucks. But Regulus wouldn't be a Slytherin if he didn't land on his feet. He's going to make 1995 his bitch.
