Summary
Most of the time, it’s just Will dealing with Mack being a brat. He laughs it off or finds some way to make Mack laugh too. They bounce back from every stupid fight about nothing and move on with their lives.
Usually, it’s stupid stuff about nothing.
Today’s fight is just as stupid.
But Will is not in the mood to entertain Mack this time, even if he keeps reminding himself Mack just got back from a dental appointment to fix the teeth he chipped taking a puck straight to the mouth during a game. He has every right to be miserable.Bookmarked by babysharkwillmack

‘You know that was a clean hit, right?’ Andrei asked Sidney, when they were close to the Pens’ locker room door.
Sidney looked at him, unimpressed.
‘I was turning, and you hit me almost in the back.’
‘No, I was coming to you from your side and my hit was clean. Even if that’s the case, you shouldn’t turn your back when you know I’m getting close to you.’
‘So that‘s how you think, huh?’ Sidney narrowed his eyes. ‘Do whatever you want if you can get away with it?’
‘It’s hockey.’ Andrei shrugged. ‘You do whatever you can to win, right?’
‘Right.’ Sid nodded. ‘Then you shouldn’t have a problem with going to a winner’s room.’
‘I don’t.’ Andrei said, his ears flushed red. ‘But it’s different.’
‘Oh, it’s just the same.’ Sidney smiled, looking amused. ‘A bunch of jerks are trying to get you out of the game, doing the things they will get away with. Enjoy.’
