Gojo took a breath, and she nearly stopped breathing when she felt the warmth of his hand brush against her cheek, his gaze low and strangely gentle. “Utahime,” he said. “I think I’m in love with you.”
If this was the news he meant, then it was bad news. Very bad news. The worst news she’d ever heard.
Tired of years of watching Gojo's terrible attempts of teasing/flirting with a clueless Utahime, Shoko decides to help her old friend out with some "alternative medicine".
Now under the influence, Gojo pursues. And Utahime has a migraine.

Utahime groaned.
Utahime begins to have mysterious dreams of the past, evoking strange emotions for a certain idiot in her life. Now she's blurting out things she doesn't really mean, and her heart is aching in way she doesn't want it to ache. It's the worst thing she can imagine happening to her.
Too bad she needs Gojo's help to stop having them.
