She watched Yamaguchi-sensei walk back to Tsukishima-sensei and duck down to press their lips together. It was a quick kiss, but Tsukishima-sensei was still flushed when they drew apart. Yamaguchi-sensei giggled, which only made Tsukishima-sensei flush harder. It brought a smile to Natsu’s face, and she couldn't bring herself to feel offended by her hasty escort out of the room.
She turned away from the sight, giving them their privacy. For once.
Hinata Natsu was going to prove that her science teachers were dating. No matter what.

Summary
There was something off about Kiyoko, about the way she’d tucked her fingers into the hem of her skirt and was rubbing the fabric between her fingertips, about her school bag discarded on the floor by her side. She wouldn’t meet Yachi’s eyes.
It was possible Yachi was just being presumptuous. She knew the entire male population of Karasuno high school were head over heels in love with Kiyoko, and who could blame them? Yachi had never heard of Kiyoko accepting these advancements, but if she had, then it really wasn’t any of Yachi’s business, was it? But she just couldn’t ignore Kiyoko’s far-off look, so different from the usual surety and confidence with which she carried herself. And then there was the boy – she noticed he never strayed too far from Kiyoko, as if to keep her within reach. It made her a little bit sick.
“Kiyoko, we’re going to be late. We should go.”
One day in the halls, Yachi saves Kiyoko from a particularly persistent admirer. Things spiral from there.

Summary
Why did she think this time was any different? Why did she think anyone, let alone someone as cool as Nat, would want to go out with her? She probably picked up on Misty's stupid crush, and now she was looking for some entertainment for the weekend. She’d probably boast about it with her bandmates or something. What if she wrote a song about how pathetic Misty was? What if –
“Oi!”
Misty paused, one foot poised to turn in the other direction. She was almost too afraid to turn around.
“There you are.” Misty’s uncertainty cleared, and when she finally turned around, she was met with Nat, grinning behind the counter. “I was beginning to think you’d stood me up.”
Stood me up. So it was a date.
Summer in New Jersey may be the most boring two months of Misty’s year. That is, until Nat Scatorccio walks right into it.
