(For real this time)
When you play CotL, it becomes pretty obvious early on that you aren't really playing the good guy. The idea first introduced is that you are getting revenge for your fallen kin and freeing the one who brought you back to life, but by the end you are just as cruel as the ones who killed you.
This is really good storytelling, and I love it a lot.
But~
What if the lamb was the good guy? What if there was more to the cruelty of the bishops than simple greed for devotion?
And as a great man once said, "Could be gayer."

Summary
No More Gods
This was the Lambs promise to themself as they accepted The One Who Wait's offer. No more fleeing, no more waiting to be killed, no more waiting for the lead of another. Gods were not gods, they were mortal like all others. Lune, for that was the Lambs true name, promised this to themself.
Following the story of a blind lamb and all those around them, both past, present, and future. Following the Lamb as they grow in strength and character, following the lowly followers spared by them, and following the Bishops who will soon learn to fear a Lamb with no Eyes.
And of course, finding out what a crown tastes like.

Summary
The Ram once served the Priests of Leshy and the Bishops of the Old Faith most dutiful, but when his death sentence was spoken, his loyalty and accomplishments meant little atop the chopping block. Yet, fate would seem to smile upon this little sheep, for death's grip hadn't fastened tight enough to hold him, or at least, it wasn't enough to keep his unknown, frozen Benefactor from getting to the Ram.
"Rise again, for I have taken interest."

Summary
The Lamb came out victorious from the battle against The One Who Waits. Not one bit pleased by Narinder's attempt to take their life after everything they did to free him, Lambert spared the former god of death, planning to make the cat pay for everything he had ever done. However, The Lamb's plans had an abrupt change once they brought Narinder to the cult and realized that maybe, just maybe... the rotten, decayed and bone exposed body of the cat was not made for mortal realm without his godhood.
