Summary
“Almost there, Lt,” he grunts, lurching forward with Ghost’s weight. He’s no help at all in trekking across the snow and ice — his little dip in the river courtesy of a now-dead terrorist has rendered him dangerously hypothermic, and Soap’s panic grows with each ragged, wheezing inhale. At least he’s still breathing, Soap thinks grimly before he shakes his head, shoves everything down to the back of his mind to be dealt with later — his fear, his exhaustion, the ache in his bones, all of it is neatly compartmentalised until there’s only the safehouse.
One step at a time, he marches them onwards.

Summary
freshly crowned king jonathan of the most ancient house price has a problem. namely, being cooped up inside his palace with a neverending choir of disapproving old men in his ear. when he hears about an unruly occupier in one of his border castles, he jumps on the opportunity to go there personally and bring down the king's justice. no amount of curses, lich knights or ghosts can stop him - wait - what?
hence, he meets the mysterious knight who took over his castle, and his world flips upside down. just a bit.

Summary
Price comes for them like a force of nature. Ghost made sure he and the Sergeants were able to take cover, made sure enough of his blood was spilled that their Captain could find them quickly when the time was right.
His roar is thunderous, shaking the very Earth, rubble skittering around them like roaches trying to flee the light. Daylight like a flashbang glimmers off golden scales, the scent of melting rock and burning flesh is almost as powerful as the very sound of the compound shaking, the screams of men who signed their death warrants as soon as they thought to lay a hand on a dragon’s hoard.
