The thing is Yoongi wasn't really one to give in to peer pressure easily. Back in middle school, when his then friend group decided to skip English class two weeks in a row, he easily dodged their pestering. He quite enjoys English class, thank you very much. Or when his roommates in freshman year were convincing him to take the drug cocktail they made to help them stay awake for the upcoming midterms and he turned them down each and every time.
