WISE, having lost three operatives in the hit, suspects interference from Garden and requests Twilight survey a potential lead at City Hall.
Twiyor fluff, romance, and mishaps leading to an explosive identity reveal when the Thorn Princess is assigned a new customer: Agent Twilight.
