Also, a quick note. This story is set in the Arcane universe but will not perfectly follow the story or timeline. Really, it’s Gojo’s fault for leaving the movie in the pile. Or Gojo’s fault for leaving Megumi in the dark. Or Gojo’s fault for even leaving Yuuji’s phone here in the first place.
Either way, after a ring or two, Megumi’s face is on his phone looking pale as a sheet and mildly horrified.
“What’s the face for?” Yuuji frowns, sniffling a bit as he keeps his energy flowing into the cursed doll to the side. For real, what does Megumi have to be all worked up over right now? Yuuji is the one who was just emotionally scarred.
