"College is overestimated, people get to it because they don't have anything better to do. And my parents think I don't." That was Ilya's thoughts right after getting the invitation to come to King's College due to his achivmentes as a chess player over the years. Everything would be ok if Shane boring Hollander wouldn't have gotten the same invite. As if things couldn't get worse, now they need to share a dorm. Worse nightmare ever.
Chess is everything I have. I've worked so hard and the compensation came as this huge opportunity to just be in one of the best Universities in the world. Mom and dad trully did everythig they could to get me here and I couldn't be more thankfull. Sometimes I fell it's still a dream and I don't know haw to handle it. Even with Ilya asshole Rozanov in my dorm, I'm just happy and I'll wont give him the pleasure to think he's able to have this effect on me. Because he doesn't.
