Without truly noticing, in a moment of calm, Todoroki starts to sing along to the words, thinking how fate decided to play one of the few American songs he loves as he’s dancing with his old flame. Todoroki’s voice is muffled by Kaminari’s hair as he rests his head on Todoroki’s shoulder.
“... until the stars fall from the sky… until the rivers all run dry…”
Todoroki and Kaminari went to school together and dated briefly but lost touch. They meet up again in a speak-easy style club to see if there's anything still there.
