eerrr..... my first smut bookmark...... i'm nervous.....
my guilty pleasure is being a suckerrrr for kissing when "stuck". yk, like one bedroom situation or stuck on a closet situation? so this fic embodies it really well!
i like the background going on. the collage context, the dynamics on the group, the previous crush... makes it more emersive. you definitely hit the jackpot with the way you write chance. you're so right, consent is so hot. also pathetic people.
i think the biggest quality for your writing on smuts is that you're not here just for the slop slop but also for the smooch smooch, and personally, i really appreciate that. it gives a nice romantic tone to the scenario. i don't see it often so ty :)

i've been searching for mermaids AU fics for a while now, but all of them had something specific that bothered me. most of the times it was the way the mer's existence was protayed.
but this one? it was actually very fun reading it! the abandoned place sun and moon stay at is so well written that i can picture it on real life, moon being shark-like is amazing and i really like the reader's determination to do something nice. the mer's existence is oddly believable, like yes, humans totally would be cruel to them as much they are to orcas, and i like the specific fishy traits they have :)

this is like, the coolest type of AU ever.
like, sure, Coffe Shop AU is fun and all, but God AU? that's super interesting! tho it's so much harder to get it right, since the world building needs to be RICH, i think you got it!
the reader feels more lively than i usually find them to be, with all the well-thought backstory and the glimpses of it on the present. the whole goodhod thing is also very lively, sun's traits and powers seens out of human comprehension, which i enjoy a lot
anyway, what a nice read this was! got me all creative and inspired to do something god-like of my own :)

i gave up on going to sleep on time to finish this entire thing, but i really don't regret it.
the development of them both regarding how to show and receive affection is really amusing. also, i like how the cake-cats' biology is thought through! makes their existence more pet-like and easier to relate.
the end was adorable. like, for real. the thought of aventurine laying down on a bed with someone that he loves (and that reciprocate the feelings) so casually, so comfortably, no thoughts of his past making him overthink ratio's intentions, it's comforting. it shows their growth trough the few chapters (ㆁωㆁ)

that's so cute. really cute. adorable, even.
"but they had at least begun to find each other again" is reinforced on subtle ways (not so subtle, actually) through the entire fic, and i love it. they communicate in a different way that works for them both, Leshy address his concerns for the first time and Heket responds to it, they both are show to struggle on things they didn't before... it's really lovely how they handle change together
