Summary
Two weeks after returning badly concussed from a mission aboard the Prometheus, Samantha Carter inexplicably finds herself being transferred without notice to head up a new project at Area 51. What she finds there defies explanation, and as Sam joins forces with Dr. Dustin Henderson to explore an ever-growing series of anomalies stemming from what was believed to be a long-closed gate in Indiana, it soon becomes clear that the threat they thought was long gone is truly anything but.
But, far from the front lines, someone else is feeling her absence, and while they might’ve faced impossible odds together before, Jack O’Neill has never quite faced anything like being without her.
As science and survival start to collide in a battle with an enemy seemingly beyond comprehension, the two of them will have to risk it all not just to close the gate, but to finally face what’s been building between them all along…
