Because it was them—these people—that made it all worth it. He looked at Sirius, more alive than he’d ever seen him, and suddenly nothing else mattered, really.

There, he bumps into his geeky father, James Potter, and his mother, Lily Evans, and accidentally diverts them away from finding each other. While stuck in the '70s, he has to find some way to make them see each other again.
