    Summary

"Clementine felt like a fraud; like her new and overly caring friends would regret their kindness if they knew the truth. So, she kept her mouth shut. She briefed over reality when sharing why she had been sent to Ericson, giving just enough to hold them off. The words her teammate had yelled rang in her eardrums during her dreams, during her therapy sessions.

What was wrong with her? She was a psycho. A killer."

    -

Clementine is transferred to Ericson Academy, a school for troubled youth, after a freak accident that leads to her expulsion. Where she expects to find misery, she actually finds acceptance, forgiveness, and even love.

Inspired by the Daniel Johnston quote, "I believe in God, and I certainly believe in the devil. There's certainly a devil, and he knows my name."
