He shrugged and looked down to grab his things, noticing a small envelope on the table. It said “Charlie” on the front in neat script, the letters looping aesthetically over the stationary. Confused, Charlie picked it up delicately, tucking it into his notebook for safekeeping, and left for his next class.
By the time he got to Latin, the envelope felt heavy in his arms, a mystery he needed to solve as quickly as possible. He pulled it out and looked around to make sure no one was watching him. Per usual, everyone in class seemed to be ignoring him.
Or, someone is leaving Charlie Valentines, and he has absolutely no idea who it could possibly be.
