Summary
Joe and Cherry run into a problem. Conspiracy theories have started to surface in some fan forums of "S" that the two of them are secretly dating one another.
Both of them agree that the idea is absurd, but can't agree on which one of them would be the better boyfriend if they actually were dating. So they decide to have a competition, to see who can be the better romantic partner when pitted up against one another.

Summary
Carla malfunctions in increasingly curious ways, all of which seem to bring Cherry closer to Joe.A clinking cascade of broken glass and porcelain rings out as everything in Joe’s hands drops to the floor and shatters. One of his arms reflexively curls around Cherry to catch him, while the other braces against the wine counter to absorb the momentum, saving them both from taking a spill.
The skateboard under Cherry’s feet stops just as abruptly, its wheels stilled. Which is good. He’s currently plastered against Joe’s front, though, with a beefy arm slung around his middle to keep him steady. Which is bad. Or miserably mortifying, at the very least, especially in combination with causing such a conspicuous mess.
Joe’s heavy sigh falls against the crown of Cherry’s hair, warm breath tickling the tip of his ear. “Four eyes and you still can’t watch where you step?”
