Summary
After his defeat in the ruins of Midgar, Sephiroth sends his psyche back in time with the aim of ruining Cloud and making sure he doesn't meddle with his plans twice.
Back in Nibelheim, Claudia Strife is already at her wits' end as a young single mother whom everyone seems to avoid. When Cloud starts to suffer from odd headaches on top of all the normal developmental pains, she makes a drastic decision, ultimately sealing Cloud's fate.

Cloud Strife is an Omega with a dream to become a SOLDIER. Unfortunately Omegas are forbidden from enlisting in Shinras army due to obvious risks.
But because of a Mako exposure as a child Cloud is stronger than your average Omega and has never experienced a monthly heat cycle.
With a little outside help he manages to deceive the recruiters and get his acceptance letter. But that was half the battle. As he struggles to prove he is cut out to be a SOLIDER while also avoiding his childhood hero, who just won’t leave him alone!
