Summary

The boy usually wore his baggy sweatshirt and shorts but in the hospital gown Kaoru saw how boney his arms were and the shadow of his ribs. Miya was undernourished from lack of food. Miya didn't know how to cook and his mother never cooked for him. Of course, he saw the signs as Miya never ate all the food on his plate or when Kojiro offered to make something else the boy would decline but he hadn't thought it was this bad. He didn't know what to say.
Or, Miya is severely undernourished and when Kojiro and Kaoru find out, they try to help him recover
