“Goodnight, my friends. I hope to see you guys next time.” Nam-gyu blew a kiss before waving at the camera. The live ended, pausing on a still of him winking before it blurred and his profile picture and the text, this cam session has ended, replaced it. Thanos took a deep breath and rubbed his face, he was disgusted with himself every time the streams ended. His phone buzzed, Thanos slowly grabbed it and sighed shakily when he saw the text.

Nam-gyu can’t believe this shit. Like, seriously. He really can’t.
He thinks he might be hallucinating, actually, and that the last few days of his life have been one really long drug-induced trip, some sort of weird fantasy in the back of his mind making its way to the forefront. He’s into some freaky shit — he wouldn’t be all that surprised, truthfully.
But, Nam-gyu isn’t stupid, and no matter how hard he tries to convince himself otherwise, he knows the difference between what’s real and what’s not. He knows that he’s currently sitting shirtless in front of Thanos, his good friend for over a year now, attached at the hip ever since getting out of the death games together, and he also knows that Thanos is holding a camera and taking pictures of him shirtless, like he’s capturing a cover shot for a porno you’d find stuffed in the back of DVD rental shops.
(Thanos needs to come up with a cover for his new album. Nam-gyu makes the perfect model)

It feels right like this, like he’s protecting her, making her feel safe, a habit he hasn’t been able to shake since the games. Sleeping in the same bed and keeping his body on top of hers so if anyone goes first, it’s him.
