Apollo Justice wants to take Klavier somewhere private so he can tell him something he supposedly can't tell anyone else....That part is new.

Summary
On the way back from the Borscht Bowl Club, after taking a detour, Kristoph and Phoenix are mugged at knifepoint. While Kristoph is mentally calculating what the situation means and what course of action to take, Phoenix has already acted on the very same impulses that led him to be disbarred.
That is to say, he has put himself between Kristoph and the knife. And Kristoph, for the life of him, cannot figure out why.

Summary
He’s restless. He can’t seem to get comfortable, until Apollo rearranges the pillows behind him and once again brushes the hair out of his face, taking the hair tie that Klavier hands him and putting it up in a ponytail. The tenderness of it all, the sheer softness—it could make Klavier cry, especially when Apollo feels his temperature again and cups Klavier’s face with his hand.
“Will you let me stay and look after you?” Apollo asks. “I feel awful that I didn’t give you my coat earlier yesterday. This whole thing could have been prevented.”
When a snowstorm hits the crime scene he's investigating—in three-quarter length pants and a t-shirt—Klavier is freezing. And Apollo's coat seems so warm, it would be a shame not to take him up on the offer of wearing it.

Summary
After overworking himself and going through a pretty tough trial, Apollo faints in the bathroom of the courthouse, right in front of Klavier. Normally, he would feel ashamed. Normally, he would try to pick himself up and dust himself off. Normally, he would brush it off by saying that he's fine.
But, as Klavier carries him bridal style all the way home, he realises that this situation isn't normal at all.
