Summary
Dean lives his life—barely– after Cas is gone. He tracks the days, the weeks, the months. He prays every day, he cries and mourns for hours. Sam is beyond worried, but he knows he can't do much other than to be there.
Cas is here, in secret. Invisible. He watches, waits, comes at night to put Dean into a peaceful sleep over the one he sets himself into through buckets of tears and dried blood on a jacket. Dean catches him one night, alive and breathing and even singing to Dean.
