Summary
'All of this passes through my mind before Doctor John Watson has finished twisting his mouth like some glass-eyed fish as he attempts to reconfigure these facts in his head. Truly, a world of goldfish.
"Sherlock is... missing?"
I roll my eyes, and it isn't as dainty as when Sherlock does, but when needs must.
"Of course. And, from this fact, we can draw another conclusion...?"It is somewhat amusing to watch his brain tick, although, he is a minute-hand, while I am a second. Better than the hours at the New Yard, considering.
"Sherlock disappeared whilst we were in the park, after some mystery text drew me back here, and I haven't seen him in, god, five hours? So, Sherlock has been... kidnapped?"
The last word is almost comically terrified, and it would be, if the same emotion wasn't turning off each last logical facet in my mind, burning the nerves with a brand of shock, and panic, and pain. I finally allow these emotions to seep onto my face, like a hessian bag leaking unfortunate fluids through its numerous pores.'
