Peter Spankoffski is a pretty normal guy. Well, he's normal, except for the fact he's harboring a rather strange curse rooted in ancient magic of an eldritch flavor. Every month, under the Hatchetfield full moon, he turns into an odd looking goatlike creature, which he dubbed a "Weregoat". He's just now getting used to it, coming to terms that he has to hide out in the Witchwood for the Halloween weekend. However, fate would have it that he wouldn't be alone in those woods. Stephanie Lauter, his girlfriend, stumbles upon his secret, and chooses to help him out. They think everything is fine, but those woods hold more secrets than they could possibly ever imagine. They might just find the source of his curse. Or maybe.. The source will find them first.

However, Claude von Riegan, a politician and general, has grown increasingly concerned, believing that Edelgard is going to make a grab for power. And so, he begins plotting in the background… and attempting to convince Dimitri Alexandre Blaiddyd, another mighty general and politician to aid him. Things cannot go well.
