Eventually you have to return to reality. Eventually you must face what you wanted to escape. Eventually, no matter how hard you fight it, you must face yourself. Because if you don’t… your mind becomes a cage of your own making. You get trapped inside; the only key clutched desperately in your hand, cold metal biting into your palms. You never let anyone else touch it; you fear that you will not recognize the creature that will be set free.
