    Penelope Stark rarely introduces herself as Penelope Stark. She doesn't care that her brother is an Avenger, except for when he shows up at her apartment at odd hours just to let her know that he's alive. She doesn't care about Captain America's star-spangled tights or Bruce Banner's terrifying alter ego. She is however, mildly interested in Thor's muscles, but who isn't? What she really doesn't care about is the man who murdered her parents and it's great because she doesn't have to. Until of course...she does.

    "That's the beauty of it Tony, I don't have to forgive him because I don't have to deal with him."

    In which Tony forgives Steve shortly after Civil War and brings Bucky to the compound. Not compliant post Civil War.
