“We should have sex,” Kaoru says resolutely, propping himself on the table next to where Kyoya has carefully laid out his work. It’s loud enough to be a proclamation but quiet enough to not disturb Haruhi, Hikaru, and Tamaki as they begin to make their way to Music Room 3’s doors.
Kyoya stills, hands hovering over the keyboard of his laptop. His lack of response would have normal people believe Kyoya didn't hear the comment, or perhaps they would believe his lack of enthusiasm is an indication to drop the subject. That would be a normal person’s response.
But, well. Kaoru isn't exactly normal.

Summary
Knowing that he was only delaying the inevitable, he finally asked him:
"What?"
Atsumu folded his arms across his chest.
"Our argument today gave me a lot to think about." The aroma of the tea he received from his husband stopped Sakusa from asking, "So you can think?". He generously didn't interrupt him.
"I want a divorce party." The setter said in a confident voice, which to Sakusa's ears sounded more like the whims of a spoiled child.
Kiyoomi raised his eyebrows in surprise. Atsumu had come up with many stupid ideas, but he had never heard anything so absurd.
"What the fuck do you want?"
Or: During one of Atsumu and Kiyoomi's many arguments, a divorce proposal is made. And since they've never had a wedding party, they decide to throw a divorce party. After all, any reason to celebrate is a good one, even if it doesn't look like they'll actually break up.

"I’m not!" Shoyo shot back instantly, sitting up straight as though he’d been accused of a heinous crime. But the pink flush spreading across his cheeks betrayed him.
Kenma’s gaze flicked up briefly, unimpressed. "Yes, you are," he said flatly. "You’re jealous because the whole world is thirsting over your boyfriend. Admit it, Shoyo."
Or, five times Shoyo was jealous over the attention his boyfriend was getting, and one time he wasn’t.

This ended up being an assistant to a multimillionaire CEO, Sakusa Kiyoomi. After he was hired on the spot, he should have realized all of the red flags that surrounded the position. But, he was just happy to be working. Two years later, he regretted ever applying. But, he'd rather be unhappy and employed then forever job hunting. So, he swallowed his pride and played the little errand boy for the devil himself; his boss. The very boss that had the prettiest face he's ever seen, the very boss who's hands would fit perfectly around his body, and the very boss who was the most callous man he's ever met.
So, after a night out, multiple drinks later, and still upset about the events that played out at work that morning, Atsumu decided that Sakusa Kiyoomi needed a piece of his mind (even if he wouldn't remember it in the morning). One single email that enacted a string of events that Atsumu could have never seen coming.
