“You need to help me,” Naruto whispers and turns on to his left side to peer at Sasuke in the dimness. Occasionally, the flash of lightning lights his feverish face. “I can’t—you being in the same room—”
Sasuke blanks out. He stares at Naruto with parted lips. His heart pounds against his rib cage. His dick continues to throb.
“You want me to help you,” he says.
“Yeah!” Naruto wails.
Sasuke stares harder. “You want to knot me of all people, Naruto?”
Naruto goes into an unexpected rut while on the road with Sasuke.
He tries to deal with alone.
Sasuke ends up helping.
