He knew that too.
He knew a lot of things actually. He just chose to pretend he didn’t, because some words were never spoken and it was convenient for him to ignore.
Scoffing, he turned around, “As long as you’re alive, your horror stories will be always linked with Yunmeng.” And me.
He didn’t say either, but when Wei Ying remained silent, he assumed he understood.
Jiang Cheng also knew those were words he should have said.
Yunmeng would always be Wei Ying’s home. And whether they liked it or not, Jiang Cheng would always be his brother.
