So he calls him and makes dumb excuses just to speak to him. And well Donghyuck might be oblivious to many things but he knows really damn well why Mark is calling him.
Alternatively, 5 times Mark calls Donghyuck and 1 time Donghyuck calls Mark instead.

Summary
Renjun never go to parties like this. He was a diligent student, always cooped up in his dorm that he shared with Mark and Chenle during weekends studying or maybe catching up on his sleep. He always had a schedule of things to do pinned in a corkboard in his room. He doesn’t drink since he had a very low tolerance to alcohol, he couldn’t even stand the noise at a party. So basically, Renjun was never the party guy, unlike Jeno. But he’s here, and that made Jeno a little too nervous and worried.
Renjun is here tonight, and not just here but he’s holding a bottle of beer, halfway drank, jumping up and down as he danced with someone Jeno doesn’t know. Renjun probably doesn’t know who either. The boy is clearly drunk, his face is all red and Jeno has never seen him like this.
He looks good, too.

Summary
Chenle laughs his loud, obnoxious, dolphin laugh and Jisung feels something stutter and twist in his chest, like a cage of buzzing bees and fluttering butterflies had been let loose in a garden of honey and pollen.
“Did you have a good day Sungie?” Chenle pushes his head of dark hair into Jisung’s neck, wrapping his arms around Jisung like it was the most natural thing in the world.
“I– I did.” Jisung smiles, warmth filling his cheeks, his head buzzing from the blood rushing to his head. He didn’t have to turn to know how Chenle was looking at him.
“Good! It’s a special day and I’m glad you’re happy today!” Chenle squeezed him lightly, “When you’re happy, I’m happy!”
Jisung couldn’t bring himself to say anything but simply threw one leg over Chenle’s until they were cuddling, hoping that his physical affection could convey his emotions. But it was Chenle; even without words, Jisung knew that Chenle would always know his heart.
alternatively; jisung and chenle are each other's first and last love.

He thinks about himself, about how he looks terrible whenever he’s stressed, how the weight drops off him and his skin gets dry and his attitude gets worse, and he wonders why he wouldn't be called annoying. Why wouldn’t Mark go to a party instead of skyping his annoying boyfriend with his selfish thoughts and mean tongue.
