All he wants is to be able to keep an accurate, real-time view of the library inventory; make and manage borrower accounts; track circulation (with due dates, holds, et cetera); and for it to all be automatic. The Muggles have figured it out, haven't they? He'll just sign up for a course. How hard can it be?
