Summary
Matthew likes to think he's a better boss than his father. Sure, he might be using his name. And his money. And his network. But networking with Director Seok and Producer Seok are completely different matters. Where his father likes to throw around his power, Matthew likes to charm and disarm. It sounds more manipulative on paper, but in practice, Matthew's found that people are eager to work with (and even for) someone that shows genuine interest in their previous work for its content, not just its metrics.
It's sobering to realize that he might be more like his father than he thinks. At least when it comes to a willingness to become... financially involved with one of his employees.
