Summary
With two lawyers living above her saloon who are so good at their job that they aren't making any money, Karen manages to keep them afloat by running a tight ship and charming her customers into paying more than they should. One day, a stranger packing a one-man arsenal shows up asking for coffee instead of whiskey, and Karen can't help her curiosity. The man won't say much, and he's gone before she can get much out of him. However, it doesn't take long for that man to show up again in the middle of the night, bleeding out on the floor of her saloon. Karen saves his life, not yet aware of the loyalty she's just earned and the lengths this man will go to in order to ensure her safety.
