Chuuya Said things he didn’t mean and never had even thought before, he said things he can’t take back, things he knows will stick with Dazai forever. If he could take it all back he would in a heartbeat.
If he hadn’t left, maybe things would have been okay? But when have things between Dazai and Chuuya ever just been ‘okay’?

“Fuck you,” Chuuya spits, his voice trembling. “This isn't a fucking game.”
“Chuuya,” Dazai insists, ignoring him. “Truth or Dare?”
Chuuya stares at him incredulously for a few seconds, frozen still, before letting out a sigh. “Dare,” he says, inevitably giving in, because this is the only way they know how to communicate, the only way they learned how to.
Droplets of warm blood continue to trickle down Dazai’s throat, dagger cold against his skin, and Dazai lets out a slow breath. “Kill me.”

Summary
After the war with Fyodor it's time for the Port Mafia to pick who they will transfer from the agency to the mafia. They have only one real option. Dazai. When they come to get him the agency tries arguing with Mori and tries to let Mori let Dazai stay but Mori reveals the Demon Prodigy past and his relationship with Chuuya. Once Dazai is back in the mafia it takes time for him to adjust.
