    After the events of Stardust Crusaders, DIO lies dead as dust in the wind. The Joestar party has left Egypt and they friends they left behind go with them in their memories. In a hospital in Cairo, Hol Horse comes to, injured and missing an eye, but alive. As he reflects on his life as a boy and how his decisions in life led him to be where he is, he reconnects with the Oingo-Boingo Brothers. Boingo has lost Tohth and the three set out on a journey to get it back, but it turns out that Tohth is a hot item, and there are some hidden Stand users in Cairo who will do anything to get their hands on it. It's a race to get it back before it falls into the wrong hands, and sometimes the wrong hands end up being ones you recognize.
