Summary
After witnessing seven overblots and being pulled into the many plots of the villainous magical students, Yuu is lucky to have almost survived a full school year at Night Raven College. Of course, she has been scarred in more ways than one, and Crowley has yet to give her any information about finding a way home, but that's alright. She is not a native, she is not a boy, and above all else, she has no magic, so it is her job to take the broken pieces of the school and put them back together as her way of earning her keep, even if it cuts her apart instead. Yuu doesn't mind this, because these dysfunctional mages are now her friends, and she would do anything for them.
But somewhere deep inside her, kept hidden from every single person she knows, there is a thing in Yuu that hungers for something. She does not know what it is or what it searches for, but she does know that it is growing stronger with every dream and nightmare she has. And she is not sure how much longer she will be able to stop it.

Leona Kingscholar loves sleep more than anything else in Twisted Wonderland. So he is determined to continue sleeping all through the night when he has to host two freshmen crashing in his dorm for taking a rather stupid deal he had nothing to do with. It wasn't his problem.
Yet for some absurd reason, the three nights that the prefect stays in Savanaclaw, he doesn't get a wink.

“Now Floyd, be nice,” Jade chastised, his voice just as low and just as amused. He was on Yuu’s other side, murmuring words that went right into her head and made a shiver crawl up her spine. Something pressed against her wrist, and Jade chuckled, that shiver returning stronger. “Her heart is racing, the poor thing. She must have forgotten about what we said the first time.”
Oh dear. Yuu tried her hardest to make her brain think instead of fry, scrambling to put together what he meant. “What did you say?” she asked, half dreading the answer.
“We don’t murder anyone until the fifth time,” Floyd purred, something ghosting over the shell of her ear. “How many nights’ve you seen us, Shrimpy?”
After the four nights Yuu and the Octavinelle trio have shared together, Yuu invites them to have one last sleepover at Ramshackle. Except, that just leads to much, much more happening than they expected.

Plagued by the same dream of drowning for multiple nights, Yuu decides that it's a good idea to go for a walk instead of restlessly tossing and turning in her bed when she wakes up from it. She also decides it's a good idea to go to Octavinelle so that the small fear of water her dream gives her doesn't linger after dawn breaks.
What she didn't know was that she'd happen upon another sleepless soul in the dead of night.

Summary
Winter break is over, which should also mean that Jamil’s suffering is over. He’d like to get his life back on track after the series of unfortunate events that happened during the holiday, and hopefully restore some of his ruined reputation in the process. Most of all, he would like to not be bothered by Yuu and Azul anymore.
Instead, Twisted Wonderland has other plans for him.
Between a joint class project among 1-A and 2-C, involuntarily giving Azul flight lessons, and the upcoming VDC, there’s hardly a moment that Jamil has where he isn’t with one or both of the other students. Now, on top of all the other things he already has to do, Jamil gets to deal with two students trying to befriend him when he most definitely does not want to be their friend.
Jamil utterly despises it.
At least, that’s what he tells himself.
