Tally’s eyes were locked on Alder who held herself to Tally with one strong arm around her neck and was gazing up at her with that arrogant smirk of hers.
'Goddess Protect' was all Tally could think, out of breath and her heart beat pounded in her ears.
'The goddess cannot help you now, Craven'. Her voice was so clear but her lips didn’t move.
